Cancellation Policy for Doctor Consultation

At Vedicmeds Ayurveda, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling of doctor consultations. To ensure a transparent and fair process for our users, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period for Doctor Consultations:
- Users may cancel or reschedule a doctor consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to Doctor Consultation fee.
- Upon completion of a consultation, the charge for the consultation will be captured. A consultation is considered complete once a patient has received medical advice by one of our Ayurvedic physician. Consultation charges should consider for a single consultation, it means patient has to ask all medical queries in a single phone call. After disconnecting the call, patient has to pay again for all next consultations.

Refund Process:
- Refunds for cancelled doctor consultations will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Emergency Exceptions:
- In case of emergencies or unexpected situations, we understand that users may need to cancel or reschedule at short notice. Please contact our customer support team at care@vedicmedsayurveda.com or +91-9773834318 for assistance in such cases.

No-Show Policy:
- If a user fails to attend a scheduled doctor consultation without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full consultation fee will be charged.

- Vedicmeds Ayurveda reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through our website or other communication channels.
